An Internet clearing page is a web referral page that comes from a remote server located on the website of a PCI-certified company.
Using a clearing page is a requirement of the credit card companies and ensures that your site meets the PCI security requirements.
Compliance with the PCI security standard is a necessary condition for obtaining approval from credit card companies for online clearing.
Advantages of complying with the PCI DSS security standard
Implementing information security should be a key part of a business activity. Compliance with the requirements of the standard constitutes, on the one hand, protection for the business against fines and claims by international credit companies in the event of a hostile intrusion into the company's systems and information leakage (credit card data).
