Adding Your Credit Card to the Dashboard in Your User Account

Overview

If you have a new credit card or the expiration date has changed, you can update the new card details in your account on the system.

Additional Situations Requiring Credit Card Information Update

  • Payment for additional services from the app store.
  • Payment of debt if your wallet balance is negative.
  • Completing the balance for transaction credit in cases where the wallet is zeroed out.

Adding a Credit Card in Your Dashboard

Instructions:

  1. Log in to your PayMe dashboard.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Bank Account section, then click Add a new card.

Note: You need to re-enter all payment card information if you are updating any part of your payment card information. For example, if you are updating the expiration date, you will need to re-enter all other information.

4. Enter your credit card information.

5. Click Continue.

How to delete a credit card

  1. In the navigation menu, click Settings
  2. Scroll to the Bank Account section, then click Update details button and Please specify which card do you want to remove.
