Required documents for account verification

To verify an account in PayMe, the following documents must be uploaded as part of the registration:

1) ID photo of the account holder.

2) Bank account certificate or canceled cheque that Matches Bank and Business Account Information as mentioned in the registration process.

3) Corporate certificate.

4) URL address of your site.

When you’re Verified, it means that you’ve provided additional information about yourself to help confirm your identity.

When will my account be validated?

After uploading the files, checking and verifying the actual account takes about 3 business days.

How do I know if my account is verified?

On the main page of your PayMe account, at the top right corner of the page, you can see if your account is verified.

Can I process credit cards even though I'm not verified?

Yes, An unverified account can also make transactions.

Can I withdraw funds from an unverified account?

No, The account verification process must be completed before funds can be received into the bank account.

Will you update me when my account is verified?

When your account is verified, you will receive an email that your account has been verified.
