How to Update the Price in the Interface for Active Subscriptions
- Log in to your payment processing interface.
- Click on the "Subscriptions" tab.
- Locate the active subscriptions: Ensure you are working only on subscriptions with the “Active” status.

Price Update: Click the “More” button next to the relevant subscription and select "Update Price." Enter the desired new price and click “Update Price” to save the change.
- Note: Any subscription change will automatically trigger an email notification to the customer.
How to Update the Price for Future Subscriptions in Payment Links
- Log in to your payment processing interface.
- Click on the "Subscriptions" tab, then select "Payment Links."
- Locate the relevant payment link you wish to update: Ensure you are working only on payment links with the “Active” status.
- Price Update: Click the “More” button next to the relevant link and select "Update Price." Enter the desired new price and click “Update Price” to save the change.
Important Notes
- The update should take place after the subscription's December charge and before the January charge.
- For example:
- A customer charged on the 29th of each month should have their subscription updated after their December 29 charge and before their January 28 charge.
- A subscription charged on the 1st of each month must be updated before January 1 accordingly.
- For example:
- It is recommended to notify your customers directly about the price increase.

- The change must be made manually for each subscription.
- Retroactive charge adjustments are not possible; only future charges can be modified.
