How to Update the Price in the Interface for Active Subscriptions

1. Log in to your payment processing interface.
2. Click on the "Subscriptions" tab.
3. Locate the active subscriptions: Ensure you are working only on subscriptions with the “Active” status.
4. Price Update: Click the “More” button next to the relevant subscription and select "Update Price." Enter the desired new price and click “Update Price” to save the change.
   • Note: Any subscription change will automatically trigger an email notification to the customer.

How to Update the Price for Future Subscriptions in Payment Links

1. Log in to your payment processing interface.
2. Click on the "Subscriptions" tab, then select "Payment Links."
3. Locate the relevant payment link you wish to update: Ensure you are working only on payment links with the “Active” status.
4. Price Update: Click the “More” button next to the relevant link and select "Update Price." Enter the desired new price and click “Update Price” to save the change.

Important Notes

• The update should take place after the subscription's December charge and before the January charge.
  • For example:
    • A customer charged on the 29th of each month should have their subscription updated after their December 29 charge and before their January 28 charge.
    • A subscription charged on the 1st of each month must be updated before January 1 accordingly.
• It is recommended to notify your customers directly about the price increase.

• The change must be made manually for each subscription.
• Retroactive charge adjustments are not possible; only future charges can be modified.
