General Information
Connecting your account to your Shopify store is simple. When a customer completes their purchase and clicks the payment link, they are directed to the payment method selection page. When they choose to pay by credit card, they are taken to a page displaying their details and the amount they need to pay, and of course, it allows them to enter their credit card details.
The plugin only allows payment via credit cards in currencies authorized for processing in the account.
If the transaction is successful, a message will appear confirming the purchase.
If the transaction fails, the system will allow the customer to try again until they succeed or decide to stop the process.
The attempt to process the payment (whether successful or not) will immediately appear in your PayMe account. If the transaction is completed successfully, the amount will appear in the wallet (minus fees).
How to Join
- To connect your Shopify store for processing payments using the PayMe plugin, you need to have a dedicated PayMe account for your store (not an account for another site, not an account belonging to another platform such as Wix) and an active Shopify store.
If you don't have a PayMe account yet, you can sign up through this site - Paid.co.il (plans and prices on the site).
- After installation in the PayMe account - you need to go to the link - https://apps.shopify.com/payme and install the plugin in your Shopify store.
- After installation - you need to connect by entering the API KEY. You can find the key in the dashboard under "Settings".
Refund shopify sale
- In order to Refund a sale generated from your hopify store - you can do it via the shopify admibn panel.
- Please note, if you refund a sale from the PayMe dashbaord - the status will not change in your shopify store even if the refund is successfull.
